INSIGHT

Of all the projects we’ve worked on, this house has technology that is, so far, unsurpassed. The Lamont team curated, designed and integrated all of it seamlessly. They are a pleasure to work with.

THE CLIENT

Lamont were invited to collaborate with an established building company on a significant Grade II listed town house in Kensington. A building of this stature is always subject to certain restrictions, but working closely with a large team, we were able to design and install an entire house audio visual and technology system over a three-year period.

Based on a Crestron control system, rooms have access to streamed audio, video and TV content together with Lutron lighting and climate control, door entry and security. This comprehensive system uses a high speed leased internet connection direct to the house.

In collaboration with Meridian Audio, we designed a 7.1 home cinema system, whilst fitting Amina invisible speakers to other design sensitive parts of the home and bespoke mirror televisions where appropriate.

CASE STUDY #02

The Yorke Arms

Knowing how Lamont would approach this project was key to selecting them as an AV partner. We could absolutely trust them to fit in with our design parameters. The end result is invisible; totally in keeping with our exceptional standards..

RADICAL TECHNOLOGY BEHIND AN ELEGANT FAÇADE

CASE STUDY #04

Knightsbridge Townhouse

A large Knightsbridge townhouse behind Harrods underwent a radical refurbishment – to the point where only the outer walls were left standing following demolition.
