THE CLIENT Lamont were invited to collaborate with an established building company on a significant Grade II listed town house in Kensington. A building of this stature is always subject to certain restrictions, but working closely with a large team, we were able to design and install an entire house audio visual and technology system over a three-year period.
Based on a Crestron control system, rooms have access to streamed audio, video and TV content together with Lutron lighting and climate control, door entry and security. This comprehensive system uses a high speed leased internet connection direct to the house.
In collaboration with Meridian Audio, we designed a 7.1 home cinema system, whilst fitting Amina invisible speakers to other design sensitive parts of the home and bespoke mirror televisions where appropriate.

Knightsbridge Townhouse
A large Knightsbridge townhouse behind Harrods underwent a radical refurbishment – to the point where only the outer walls were left standing following demolition.
